# KiciaHook Known Issues This document outlines the **most common issues users may encounter when using KiciaHook**, along with their respective solutions. Please note that this list **may change over time** as updates are released and new fixes are implemented. If any of the solutions below **do not resolve your issue**, please create a support ticket in the official support server: ***⚠️ Important:***\ **Most user issues are resolved by using the executors in Supported Executors** ## **1. GUI Not Loading, Security Kick 1, Cannot confirm key, FPS Drops When Executing (FIX SOON)** **Solution** **Dependent on the executor, the script does not work in the lobby.**\ **Please run the script after queuing into matchmaking or inside a private server.** **If that still does not fix the issue, the cause may be one of the following:** 🛑E**xecutor issue;**\ We only support the executors stated in -> 🟡 **Script issue;**\ Ensure you have the correct full script from the following panels\ free -> \ premium -> ## **2. How to Load a Config** Follow the steps below to load a configuration file: 1. Open your **Executor Folder**. 2. Navigate to **Workspace → KiciaHook → RivalsV2 → Configs** 3. Place your `.json` config file inside the **Configs** folder. 4. Launch **Roblox**. 5. Inject your executor. 6. Execute the KiciaHook script. 7. In **Settings Section → Configs**. 8. Select and load your config (example: `example.json`). ## **3. How to Create a Config** 1. Open **Settings** inside the KiciaHook GUI. 2. Create a **new config**. 3. Adjust all settings according to your preference. 4. Select the config you want to save. 5. Click **Save**. This will store the configuration for future use. ## **4. “No HWID Found” Error** **Cause:**\ You are using an **incorrect or incomplete script**. **Solution:**\ Retrieve the script **directly from the Kicia panel**. Steps: 1. Access the **panel**. 2. Click **Redeem Script**. 3. Copy the **entire script** provided. Use the correct template below as an example; your script should look like this. ### Free Version script template; `script_key="YOUR_KEY_HERE";`\ `loadstring(game:HttpGet("https://raw.githubusercontent.com/kiciahook/kiciahook/refs/heads/main/loader.luau"))()` ### Premium Version script template; `script_key="YOUR_KEY_HERE";`\ `loadstring(game:HttpGet("https://api.luarmor.net/files/v4/loaders/0824f12f4936fb9fa63adf2e3bee0622.lua"))()` Make sure the **entire script is copied correctly** before executing. ## 4 ii) How To Reset HWID **Solution:** 1. Go to the premium/free channel where the panel is located 2. Click on the reset HWID button *In both free and premium, it should look like this;*
## 5. Roblox Version Mismatch / “Roblox Live Version” Error Most supported executors will release an update **within 24 hours** of a Roblox update. If you need to **downgrade Roblox manually**, you may use the following links: * [https://weao.xyz](https://weao.xyz/) * [https://inject.today](https://inject.today/) * ⚠️ Always download the **specific Roblox version supported by your executor**. ## 6. Difference Between Kicia Free and Kicia Premium The main difference is the **Orbit Aura**, which is exclusive to **Kicia Premium**. This provides stronger combat performance compared to the free version. ## 7. Lost a Fight While Using Kicia Premium This is typically caused by a **suboptimal configuration**. Even with Premium features, performance heavily depends on **your settings and configuration**. Solution: * Adjust your settings. * Use a **better config optimized for combat**. A user with a stronger config may outperform you even with similar tools. ## 8. You Were Banned While Only Using KiciaHook First, verify **how the ban occurred**. Possible scenarios: **Moderator Ban** * If you used obvious exploits in front of a moderator, the ban is manual and unrelated to detection. **Anticheat Ban** * If you truly only executed KiciaHook, the issue is most likely **executor-related**. In many cases, users accidentally: * Execute other scripts * Run outdated executors * Use unsupported tools KiciaHook undergoes **heavy testing after Rivals updates** to ensure it remains undetected. This is why occasional downtime may occur before updates are released. ## 9. Account Transfers / Discord Ban Please **create a support ticket** in the support server for assistance. ## 10. Security Kick 2 **Cause:**\ This usually occurs when another script or file runs **before KiciaHook through the executor’s auto-execute system**. **Solution:** 1. Open your **executor folder**. 2. Locate the **Auto Execute / AutoExec folder**. 3. **Delete all files inside it**. 4. Restart the executor and try again. ## 11. Reseller Did Not Provide a Key If a reseller failed to deliver your key: \ **First, contact the reseller.** If they do not respond within 2 days; 1. Open a **support ticket in the support server** 2. Provide **proof of purchase**. The support team will review the case and assist accordingly. ## 12. KiciaHook Features Not Visible to You (Example: Hide Under Floor, Orbit Aura) ### **Explanation** Some KiciaHook modules are **client-side features**. This means the effect may **not always be visible to you**, but **other players in the server can still see it**. For example: * **Hide Under Floor** – Your character may appear normal on your screen, but other players will see your character positioned under the floor. * **Orbit Aura** – The orbit behavior may not appear clearly from your own perspective, but it will still function against other players. This is intentional behavior and helps the user **appear more legitimate to their own client while the feature still works server-side**. ## 13. Cannot Get A New Key **Cause;**\ Luarmor limits each user to a maximum of 5 total keys. Once all 5/5 key slots are used, no additional keys can be generated. **Fix;**\ Renew one of your existing keys instead of generating a new one. The renew button is located as shown.

Longer Quick Melee Time If you are getting a long melee animation when trying to quick melee, you need to turn off **No Spread in Misc**. This is a known side effect, and a fix will be implemented soon. ## 16. Anti-Katata Not Working Anti-Katata is ping-dependent. If you have high ping, it may not work reliably. This is a game limitation, not a bug. ## 17. Magic Bullet Magic Bullet has been patched and is no longer available in KiciaHook. ## 18. Where to Find the Workspace Folder This is usually located in your **executor's folder or in its path**\ If it's not present there (Usually the case with Yub x, Synpase Z); 1. Press **Windows Key + R** on your keyboard to open the Run window, or search 'Run' in the Windows search bar. 2. Type `%localappdata%\[your executor's name]` and press Enter. 1. An example case would be;\ For Yubx;\ `%localappdata%\yubx` ## 19. How to Get a Key / Get Whitelisted **— FREE —** 1. Get a key from one of these links: * Lootlabs: * Adslift: 2. Ads will open in new tabs — this is normal. Close them and return to the key page each time. 3. Complete the checkpoint/task until it is marked done. 4. Click **Get Key** to generate your key. 5. Go to the free panel in Discord → click **Redeem Key** → enter your key: **— PREMIUM —** 1. Purchase a key from a reseller: 2. Go to the premium panel → click **Redeem Key** → enter your key: ## 20. How to Reset Settings / Keybinds If you accidentally changed your settings or keybinds: 1. Open your executor folder and navigate to **Workspace > KiciaHook > RivalsV2 > Configs**. 2. Find the config that was set to auto-load, and delete it or rename it (e.g. add `_old` to the name). 3. If no auto-load config, look for **default.json** in the same folder and delete or rename it. 4.
